A dynamic practice of postures, asana, where we move with the rhythm of the breath. This practice is an invitation to mindfully move and connect with your energy from the inside out. We close the practice with some feel good relaxing postures to promote recovery and a sense of calm of body and mind. All classes include some time for meditation to center and quiet the thinking mind.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24h in advance (otherwise we will require the full payment of the class). >> For Yoga Classes: We require a minimum of 2 students per class. We'll contact you 2h prior to the scheduled time if the class is cancelled due to this requirement. >> We encourage you to bring your own mat and/or blanket, but they are also available at our studio on a first come, first serve basis. >> Fot the Yin Yoga & Nidra and Gong Song classes please bring warmer clothes: socks, a sweater, and perhaps a blanket (if you have one).
