Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24h in advance. >> Masks are mandatory at the entrance and exit of the studio. >> For Yoga Classes: We require a minimum of 2 students per class. We'll contact you 2h prior to the scheduled time if the class is cancelled due to this requirement. >> We encourage you to bring your own mat and/or blanket. Mats are also available at our studio on a first come, first serve basis. >> For any Yin Yoga or Nidra/Meditation class please bring warm clothes: socks, a sweater, and perhaps a blanket (if you have one).
